We are looking for two new members of staff to work to join our team in the maintenance department.

Openings consist of a part-time and full time position. You need to be organised, responsible and a Jack of all trades.

Experience of cleaning, working in a in building, facilities and grounds maintenance is desirable.

You will also be responsible for implementing action to meet and maintain maintenance standards.

Skills: General maintenance. Gardening, Plastering, Painting & Decorating. Joinery, Plumbing, Electrical. Gardening and groundskeeping. Problem Solving Valid and clean driving license.

Main Duties:

Provide first line response to reactive events
Cleaning duties
Waste Management
Ensure premises are maintained in a safe and secure manner
Building and ground maintenance
Undertake Statuary Inspections including but not limited to emergency lighting (Inspections), fire alarms (inspections & reset of equipment) and more
React to and execute immediately any general repairs and maintenance duties as required or requested to undertake
Undertake cleaning duties as and when required and in accordance with health and safety and cleaning best practice
Health & safety duties

One position is Part-time, 3 days a week, Permanent whilst the requirement for the full-time position will be 5 days a week.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 27-45 per week

Salary: £12.00 per hour
