You will unleash the potential of the sales team by setting expanding objectives and providing regular feedback on performance. • Ensuring the optimum stock of parts • Ensure that compliance is enforced • Full understanding of targets ensuring the team are maximising every opportunity • Inspire the sales team to deliver an Incredible Customer Experience for every customer that the sales team comes into contact with. • Manage the day to day sales activities such as deal files, handovers and sales funnel to maximise sales revenue.

Required Skills

You will have a proven track record in the automotive parts industry and exceptional sales skills. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Controller or Sales Manager.

  • • Have knowledge of modern business methods
  • • Hold a successful track record of coaching and mentoring a successful sales team
  • • Have excellent IT skills


  • Manage our current sales staff
  • Work with our shipping partners to manage the import and export of goods.
  • Work closely with existing trade accounts to strengthen our current partnership.
  • Develop new trade accounts and areas of expansion.
  • Work with our board of directors to grow our international presence.
  • Travel to various dealerships across the country to establish relationships.


  • Previous experience in a management role.
  • A passion for the automotive industry.
  • A proven track record of helping a business expand in a year.
  • Experience running a large team.
