Chelsea Truck Company, under the direction of Kahn Design, continues its mission to redefine the Jeep Wrangler JL with the introduction of the 4-Slot Ironman Grille, a distinctive front-end enhancement that brings refined cohesion, militaristic presence, and unmistakable authority to one of the world’s most customisable vehicles.

Crafted as a full replacement upgrade for all 2018–present Jeep Wrangler JL models, the Ironman Grille seamlessly integrates an upper grille section with a reimagined lower bumper design. This design evolution delivers a more sculptural, architectural front profile, offering a bold horizontal composition that feels both native to the Wrangler and unmistakably bespoke.

This latest release is a contemporary evolution of the brand’s landmark entry into the Wrangler segment, the JK-era Black Hawk series. Drawing from that heritage, the Ironman Grille distills the design DNA into a leaner, more refined form. Key elements such as the lower bumper vents echo past designs but are reinterpreted with increased surface detail and sharper definition. A new heritage-style mesh insert spans the grille’s cavities, imparting a layered, motorsport-inspired character to the vehicle’s face.

True to the brand’s ethos, the Ironman Grille channels a British militaristic design language, assertive yet minimal, utilitarian yet sophisticated. This uniquely British aesthetic sits in dynamic contrast to the rugged Americana of the Wrangler platform, creating a compelling design tension that enhances the vehicle’s on-road presence.

Discreet Chelsea Truck Company debossing on the lower mesh provides a confident signature without visual excess. Manufactured from OEM-grade PU and supplied unpainted to allow full body-colour customisation, the grille is developed entirely in-house by Kahn Design using state-of-the-art digital modelling. It features marine-grade integrated hardware and is designed for a precise, bolt-on installation that requires no additional components or modifications.
