The ever-evolving Defender 90 Concept 001 makes its latest mark with the debut of our all-new 22" Hammerhead RS-Forged Wheels, a bold fusion of extreme durability and unmistakable KAHN® design language.
Engineered for endurance, the Hammerhead wheel is rated to carry a remarkable 5-ton load (1,250 kg per corner), making it the ideal companion for heavy-duty off-roading as well as refined, long-distance touring. Manufactured from high-performance alloys using cutting-edge manufacturing techniques, the Hammerhead doesn't just perform, it captivates.
Inspired by the iconic Dakar Rally wheels of the 1960s, the Hammerhead design merges motorsport legacy with modern styling. The outer lip pays homage to the KAHN® G06 silhouette, while the windowed apertures reference our British Heritage wheel—creating a visual connection across the KAHN® collection.
Up front, Concept 001 is equipped with the formidable Expedition Front Bumper, crafted from premium-grade steel and coated in a 3D-textured military finish. Integrated with an A-bar, winch mounts, and auxiliary lighting, it delivers both visual impact and true expedition functionality.
Maintaining its distinctive concept profile, the Defender retains its extra-wide over-fenders and carbon fibre rear diffuser spats, balanced by the rugged yet sophisticated 3D-textured lower body finish
Facelifted headlights sharpen and enrage the vehicle’s front expression, while a lightweight vented gloss black bonnet reinforces its performance-inspired character.
At the rear, the new KAHN® spare wheel cover provides a purposeful finishing touch, matched with functional elements like a roof rack and deployable side ladder, ensuring readiness for both urban and off-grid adventures.
Every detail of Concept 001 is intentional—refined, robust, and unmistakably bespoke. From the colour-matched CTC side vents and Chelsea Truck Co. badging, to the signature Volcanic Rock Satin paintwork with military-textured accents, this build is a study in modern British design.
